    Wild caught Pacific Halibut.  Skinless, boneless, sustainable and delicious.  Caught for us by the same fisher family that catches our wild caught salmon.  Our halibut filets are weighing in at about 8 ounces.  We will weight each filet at the farm so you are charged accordingly.
