Please note we recycle our egg cartons, so the date on the carton does not apply to your eggs.
Our farm fresh eggs sell out every week, so your eggs will not be older than a week when you get them. Also, we rinse our eggs in water from the farm, so please keep them in the refrigerator, not on your kitchen counter.
