One of our pasture raised chickens approx. 3.5 lbs, 1.5 pounds of our grass-fed/grass-finished Angus beef steaks, 1.5 pounds local Berkshire pork chops, 1 pound of local, grass-fed,Angus ground beef, 1 pound local, Berkshire ground pork. Weights are not ever going to be exact.
