Description
Approximately Five pounds of locally raised, antibiotic, hormone and growth supplement free gourmet Katahdin lamb. Our lambs are raised 100% forage fed. No synthetic chemicals are used and a variety of different forages are planted for them to graze on. Our lamb share includes a variety of the following cuts, chops, roasts, shank, leg of lamb steaks, kabob meat and ground lamb. Weight is not exact. The Katahdin lamb is a heritage breed of lamb and is a hair sheep, not the oily, gamey tasting wool sheep most people are used to eating when they eat lamb.
