Ten Pounds plus of Grass-fed and Grass-finished Angus Beef Share
Beyond organically raised,100% grass-fed, finished, dry-aged, Angus beef. Forage fed on various grasses, no hormones, growth supplements, vaccines or antibiotics are used and our cows are raised in pastures that are not treated with synthetic chemicals. Our beef cattle are born and raised on 300 acres in Leesburg and we also raise some right here in Malabar. The shares are just a bit over ten pounds of a mixed variety of beef cuts including steaks, roasts, osso bucco, short ribs, stew meat, and ground beef. Our cows are raised the way God intended and processed by an Animal welfare-approved processor in Belleview, FL.
Five to Six Pounds of Angusburger Share
From our grass-fed and grass-finished cows, five packages almost six pounds of 100% forage fed and finished, dry-aged, no hormones, growth supplements, vaccines or antibiotics ever used, ground beef from our own well-marbled Angus cows. A burger lover’s heaven! Our Angusburger Share is five individual vacuum-sealed packages and typically weighs in at 5.25 pounds to 6.0 pounds of ground beef.
Pasture Raised and Non-GMO Project Verified fed Cornish Cross Chicken
Lovingly raised on pasture, the way God intended. These beautiful birds are allowed to scratch, and eat grass, worms, and bugs, and are free to cruise around under the big blue sky. They are fed NON-GMO Project Verified and pesticide-free feed, which is DNA tested. Our birds are raised according to strict Label Rouge methods, which dictate that the birds are raised outside with ample room, forage on a natural diet, and are raised longer than conventionally raised poultry. Known for their tender flesh and richer flavor, you are going to love them. No antibiotics, growth supplements, or hormones are ever used, no synthetic chemicals are sprayed in the pastures, and saline water is not injected into them, like store-bought commercial chickens. Raised for Florida Fields to Forks by Pasture Prime Farms in Summerfield, Florida, and processed with a 20,000 bird USDA exemption, so the chickens never have to leave the farm where they were raised. We also offer a limited supply of turkeys raised the same way, during the holidays.
Pastured Eggs From Beyond Organically Raised Chickens
Our laying hens are fed Hiland Naturals NON-GMO Verified Project, DNA tested feed, and are raised outside where they have fresh grass and bugs to eat all day long. Our laying hens are allowed to be chickens, instead of forced boxed nesters. Raised and collected by Florida Fields To Forks Farm, Malabar, Florida.
Locally grown Beyond Organic and Certified Organic Produce and Fruit Shares
Filled with a variety of certified organic, and local, beyond organically raised veggies from our farmand a few other very small local farms. When local produce is not in season, we purchase certified organic fruit and vegetables from UNFI Organics, in Sarasota Florida. Our goal is to put together a local organically grown produce share that has the most nutrition-filled, healthiest, and tastiest produce available, and at the best price in Florida. Our produce share includes pretty much anything you can think of, and we focus on the produce that offers the most health benefits for our family of farm members.
THE ORGANIC PRODUCE SHARE SHOULD BE ORDERED ON TUESDAY BY 6:30P.M. FOR PICK-UP AT THE FARM ON THURSDAY OR FRIDAY MARKET DAYS.
